The pixsolo image-design SaaS platform (hereinafter "pixsolo" or "the Platform," including the official website pixsolo.com and related features and services now or hereafter offered) is operated by Shenzhen Weizhijiedian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "us"). We attach great importance to protecting the privacy and personal information of end users worldwide (hereinafter "you").

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") is intended to clearly explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access, register, and use the pixsolo services, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Please read and fully understand this Policy carefully before registering an account or using our digital infrastructure services and AI tools. By using the Service, you agree that we may collect and process your relevant information in accordance with this Policy.

In order to provide you with stable and efficient image-design and AI image-generation services, we collect the following information related to you on the basis of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity:

1.1 Information You Actively Provide

Account registration information: When you register a pixsolo account, you need to provide an accurate and up-to-date email address or sign in through third-party account authorization.
User interaction and feedback: When you submit a form through the "Feedback & Suggestions" module on the pixsolo.com platform, or send an email to our official after-sales mailbox (support@pixsolo.com), we collect your contact details, communication records, and the opinions, screenshots, or supporting materials you actively submit.

1.2 Information Generated or Uploaded While Using the Service

User input content (Input): In order to execute your image-design instructions, provide "image-to-image" functionality, or run AI algorithm prompts, we collect and process the images, text, poster drafts, URL links, code, and related materials that you actively upload or input.
AI-generated output (Output): We store and manage the final design results, AI images, and generation history produced by the system in response to your instructions, so that you can browse and download them within the cloud digital infrastructure.

1.3 Automatically Collected Technical and Device Information

Log and device data: When you visit pixsolo.com, our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, network carrier, date and time of access, page dwell time, and system crash logs.
Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language/interface preferences, and analyze overall site traffic and performance. You can manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your use of certain features.

1.4 Paid Subscription and Transaction Information (Special Note)

All products sold by pixsolo are one-time-payment premium subscriptions (STARTER, BASIC, PRO, ULTIMATE). When you initiate a purchase, all payment processing is handled through secure and compliant third-party payment gateways — Alipay or Lemon Squeezy.
We do not collect or store your bank card number, payment password, or sensitive personal financial information. We only receive your order number, payment amount, time, and payment status from the third-party payment channel, used to activate the corresponding service tier and for billing reconciliation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected strictly within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, for the following specific purposes:

Providing, maintaining, and optimizing the Service: processing your input materials, running AI image-generation algorithms, and rendering and delivering the design output to you;
Account management and identity verification: for user login verification, binding of premium subscription entitlements, one-time-payment order reconciliation, and security protection;
Customer service and interaction: responding to support requests, technical support, and refund compliance audits initiated through "Feedback & Suggestions" or by email;
Security and compliance monitoring: detecting and preventing any technical attacks, fraud, or illegal use that violate the Terms of Use, ensuring the security and stability of the Platform infrastructure;
Service iteration and compute-cost assessment: analyzing technical metrics based on anonymized or de-identified log data to optimize AI generation efficiency.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We share or disclose your information only in the following explicitly limited circumstances:

Third-party service providers (data processors): In order to deliver pixsolo's core AI generation and image-design functions, we use the technical services of openroute, primarily to invoke the industry-leading large language models and AI technology services provided by OpenAI and Google. We securely transmit your de-identified input materials (such as prompts, text descriptions, or base images used for image-to-image) to the aforementioned service providers. These third parties are bound by their own privacy terms and strict data-processing agreements, and may process the relevant data only for the purpose of rendering and generating AI results for you.
Statutory and compliance disclosure: In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal process, litigation, or mandatory requirements of governments in the relevant jurisdictions, we may disclose relevant information if we genuinely believe that disclosure is reasonable and necessary to prevent unlawful conduct, protect user safety, or cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
Asset or business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new holding entity to remain bound by this Privacy Policy.

4. Global Transfer and Storage of Information

Data storage location: pixsolo relies on high-standard, secure cloud digital infrastructure. The servers we use to store and process user data and run the SaaS service are located within the Republic of Korea. We will adopt rigorous security measures such as physical isolation and strict access control to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data you store on the Korean servers.
Cross-border data flow: Because pixsolo provides services to users worldwide, your information needs to be transferred across borders and aggregated to our servers located in Korea for centralized processing and storage. No matter where you are, we will adopt technical and organizational measures that comply with mainstream international privacy standards (such as security controls under applicable law) to ensure the security of your data during cross-border transfer and storage.

5. Data Security Measures

We employ industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect your data:

Using encryption technology (such as HTTPS/SSL) to ensure the privacy and security of your data during transmission;
Implementing multi-layer encryption and isolated access control for core data and AI generation records stored in the digital infrastructure;
Strictly limiting the number of employees and external partners who can access personal information, and establishing a rigorous audit mechanism.

Please understand that despite our best efforts, no method of transmission or electronic storage over the Internet is 100% absolutely secure, and you should also keep your account password safe.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located, you have broad control over your personal information, including:

Right of access and export: You have the right to log in to your pixsolo.com account at any time to view and download the input materials you have uploaded and the design results you have generated;

Restriction and refusal of processing: You may stop using the Service at any time, or disable cookies in your browser to restrict our collection of certain technical data;
Account deletion and data cancellation: If you no longer wish to use pixsolo, you may apply to cancel your account through the "Feedback & Suggestions" feature on the platform or by sending an email directly to support@pixsolo.com. After verifying your identity, we will thoroughly delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable law, except for information that the law expressly requires us to retain.

7. Internationalization and Jurisdiction-Specific Compliance Statement

Minors restriction: pixsolo's software services and premium AI tools are intended specifically for adults who are at least 18 years old (or who have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect the privacy data of minors. If any inadvertent collection is discovered, we will delete it immediately upon verification.
Multi-jurisdiction compliance: This Policy is designed to incorporate globally accepted privacy-compliance principles.
