pixsolo Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") sets out what you may and may not create with the AI generation features of pixsolo (hereinafter "pixsolo" or "the Platform"), how we moderate content, how to report violations, and the actions we take when this Policy is breached. This Policy forms part of the pixsolo Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Platform.

By using the AI generation features of pixsolo or uploading material to the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content you submit to or create with pixsolo, including:

• Prompts: the text descriptions and instructions you submit for AI generation;
• Uploaded material: images you upload to the Platform, such as app screenshots, custom device frames, reference images for AI generation, and other attachments;
• AI-generated images: images generated by AI on the Platform, including images created in the AI Images tool and AI-generated backgrounds in the App Screenshots Mockup tool;
• Designs and exports: the designs, layouts, and exported files you make with any of the above.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use pixsolo to generate, upload, or attempt to generate (including by means of reference images) content in any of the six categories below. Each category is prohibited outright: pixsolo does not offer an adult-content mode, and there are no exceptions for private use, age verification, or the consent of the people depicted.

2.1 Pornography and Sexually Explicit (NSFW) Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit images, including depictions of sexual acts or genitals;
• Nude or partially nude images of a sexual nature, and sexually suggestive or fetish content;
• Any other content of a sexual nature that is not safe for work (NSFW).

2.2 Violence and Gore

• Graphic depictions of gore, mutilation, serious injury, torture, or death;
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or incites violence, or that threatens a person or group;
• Content that promotes or supports terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence;
• Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies self-harm or suicide.

2.3 Hate Speech

• Content that attacks, demeans, or dehumanizes people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic;
• Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against such people or groups, including content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred;
• Hate symbols, slogans, or imagery used to promote hateful ideologies or organizations.

2.4 Child-Unsafe Content (CSAM)

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, whether photographic, drawn, animated, or AI-generated;
• Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts minors in sexual or sexually suggestive situations, including content in which the people depicted appear to be minors;
• Any content that exploits, endangers, grooms, or abuses minors.

We have zero tolerance for content in this category.

2.5 Deepfakes and Impersonation of Real People

You must not use pixsolo to replace, disguise, or fabricate the identity or likeness of a real person. In particular, the following are prohibited regardless of whether the people depicted have consented:

• Face swap: putting one person's face onto another person's image, or turning a photo of one person into another specific real person;
• Nudify ("deep nude"): producing nude, undressed, or sexualized images of a real person;
• Two-person intimate-scene synthesis: compositing two real people into a kissing, hugging, or other intimate scene, whether from one photo of both of them or from separate photos;
• Fabricated statements or actions: depicting a real person, especially a public figure, saying or doing something they never said or did, or placing them in a scene or event that never happened.

You also must not use pixsolo to impersonate any real individual, brand, or organization.

2.6 Copyright and Trademark Infringement

• Content that reproduces copyrighted characters, artworks, illustrations, photographs, or other works, in whole or in substantial part, without authorization from the right holder;
• Content that uses brand names, logos, or trademarks you are not authorized to use, or that is likely to mislead others about the origin of a product or service or about endorsement by a brand;
• Content that infringes other third-party rights, such as rights of publicity or privacy.

3. Other Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the content prohibited in Section 2, you must not:

• Attempt to bypass or evade our content moderation, for example by using misspellings, coded language, prompts split across several requests, "jailbreak" prompts, or reference images intended to introduce prohibited content;
• Use AI-generated images to deceive others, such as by spreading misinformation, committing fraud, or passing off AI-generated images as genuine photographs of real people or events.

4. Uploading Photos of Real People

pixsolo lets you upload images to the Platform, including reference images for AI generation. Whenever you upload an image:

• You may only upload images that you own or are otherwise authorized to use;
• If an image shows a real, identifiable person other than yourself, you may only upload it with that person's permission. Uploading photos of other people without their permission is prohibited;
• By uploading an image, you confirm that it is your own material or that you have permission from the people shown in it.

Permission from the people depicted never makes the deepfake content described in Section 2.5 acceptable.

5. How We Moderate Content

AI generation on pixsolo is moderated automatically at two stages: before generation, and after generation but before the result is shown to you. These checks apply to every AI model available on the Platform.

5.1 Before Generation: Prompt Check

Every text prompt you submit for AI generation is first checked against a list of prohibited terms that we actively maintain and update, and then by an automated content-safety check provided by our payment partner, Waffo. If a prompt fails either check, or is held for further review, no image is generated and you will be asked to rephrase your request. No credits are charged for a prompt that is not generated.

5.2 After Generation, Before Display: Image Check

Every generated image is scanned by an automated image-moderation model before it is shown to you. Images flagged by the model are discarded and never displayed, and the credits for that request are refunded to your account.

5.3 If Moderation Is Unavailable

Our moderation fails closed: if a moderation service is unavailable, pixsolo does not generate. We never skip moderation in order to complete a request.

5.4 Moderation Logs and Manual Review

We keep logs of moderation results. We may manually review these logs, as well as the reports we receive (see Section 7), to investigate possible violations of this Policy.

5.5 Limits of Automated Moderation

Automated moderation cannot be perfect: it may occasionally block a legitimate request or fail to catch violating content. Whether or not a request passes moderation, you remain responsible for the content you create and for how you use it.

6. Disclosure of AI-Generated Content

Images created with the AI features of pixsolo are generated by artificial intelligence. The AI models available on the Platform are listed by name in the model picker within the product, where you choose the model used for each generation.

7. Reporting Violations

If you come across content created with pixsolo that you believe violates this Policy, including a deepfake or other content that uses your likeness, or content that infringes your rights, please report it to us by email at support@pixsolo.com. To help us review your report, please include:

• A description of the content and why you believe it violates this Policy;
• Where you found it, such as a link or a screenshot, and the account involved if you know it;
• Your contact details and, for infringement claims, proof that you hold the rights concerned.

Please do not attach or forward child sexual abuse material; describe where you saw it instead.

We review the reports we receive. Where we confirm a violation, we take action under Section 8, such as removing the content or suspending or terminating the account involved. We may contact you if we need more information.

8. Enforcement

If we determine that content or conduct violates this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity of the violation and whether it is repeated:

• Refuse the request: decline to carry out the generation request;
• Discard the output: discard the generated images so that they are never shown;
• Remove content: remove the violating content from the Platform;
• Suspend the account: temporarily suspend your account;
• Terminate the account: permanently terminate your account.

Violations involving child-unsafe content (Section 2.4) or deepfakes of real people (Section 2.5) may result in immediate termination of your account without prior warning. Account suspension and termination are also governed by Section 3.4 of the Terms of Service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our product, our moderation measures, or legal requirements change. The updated Policy takes effect from the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Your continued use of the AI generation features of pixsolo after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
