Convert images to JPG
HEIC photos from an iPhone won't open on many computers and websites; JPG works everywhere. Upload HEIC, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP or TIFF and it is converted right away. Quality goes from 1 to 100, and transparent areas get the background color you choose. You can also choose a PDF: pick a page in your browser and convert it to JPG. The PDF itself is never uploaded.

How it works
- 1
Choose an image
Click or drop an image; HEIC photos from your iPhone library work directly. For a PDF, pick the page to convert.
- 2
Automatic conversion
It converts to JPG straight away. Moving the quality slider or changing the background converts again.
- 3
Download the JPG
Check the file size and download. The name stays the same with a .jpg extension.
Features
HEIC to JPG
Reads iPhone HEIC / HEIF photos directly, keeps the color profile and turns them upright.
Adjustable quality
90 by default for a good balance of size and quality. Lower it for smaller files or raise it for maximum fidelity.
Background for transparency
Transparent areas of PNG and WebP are filled with a background color, white by default or any color you like.
PDF to JPG
Choose a PDF to see thumbnails of its pages, then pick a page and a resolution to convert it to JPG. The PDF is read only in your browser; only the selected page is uploaded.
Stored temporarily, deleted after 2 hours
Your image is used only for this edit. Originals and results are deleted automatically after 2 hours and download links work only for you. Date taken, camera model and GPS location are removed by default.
FAQ
- How do I convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG?
- Open this page in your phone or computer browser, choose the HEIC photo, and click Download once it is converted.
- Can I convert a PDF to JPG?
- Yes. Choose a PDF, pick a page and a resolution, and it's converted to JPG. Pages are converted one at a time, so for several pages convert them one by one. The PDF is read only in your browser and only the selected page is uploaded; password-protected PDFs aren't supported yet.
- What happens to transparency when converting PNG to JPG?
- JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with your background color, white by default. Use Convert to PNG to keep transparency.
- What about GIFs?
- JPG does not support animation, so only the first frame is converted and the result tells you so.
- Will I lose the photo's information?
- EXIF data (date taken, camera model, GPS location) is removed by default. Tick Keep metadata in output settings to keep it.
